There have been some major changes in the Sprint and Verizon roaming agreements in the last few months. In order for Sprint users to take advantage of this, they have to complete a PRL update. If anyone is finding that Verizon has better coverage then Sprint, a PRL update should fix this. Here's how you do it: - from your Sprint phone, Dial *2 - Ask the Sprint Care Rep to do a "PRL Update" to your device. - Turn your phone off and turn back on - Enjoy your awesome roaming update!
