SETUP OUTLOOK
1. Open up your Outlook and go to your Contacts
2. At the top, click on “New” and create a new contact (IE: Your Name BlackBerry), making sure that you are using the email address(es) that are on your BlackBerry

(You may also want to do the following: Scroll down and check the box that says "Mark As Read". Doing this will keep your folder from showing new messages which you may find yourself going into that folder to see what new messages you have
16. Click “Next”
17. In the next screen, don't check anything, just click "Next"
18. In the next screen, name your rule. (A good example would be "BlackBerry Sent Emails") and make sure that "Turn On This Rule" is checked
19. Click finish
20. Now back at the Rules and Alerts screen, click “Apply”
